Must be capable of occasionally climbing ladders and of traversing obstacles. Regularly required to type, file, or lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, hear, walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is occasionally required to visit construction sites, traverse uneven surfaces, and wear a hard hat. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</p><p><strong><ins>WORK ENVIRONMENT</ins></strong></p><p>The noise level in the work environment(s) is moderate due to the open nature of work environment and frequent interruptions by phone and in-person visits.</p></div>\n",
