This is not a call center position.</p>\n\n<p>If you are detail oriented and able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment, then this is the position for you!</p>\n\n<p>MUST be reliable!</p>\n\n<p>MUST work well with others!</p>\n\n<p><strong>Customer Service Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Provide accurate and professional customer service</li>\n\t<li>Incoming order entry via phone, email, web</li>\n\t<li>Outbound calls to customers with delivery status</li>\n\t<li>Provide problem resolution for customers and freight drivers</li>\n\t<li>Accurate and complete documentation of all issues</li>\n\t<li>Constant contact with other reps and dispatchers</li>\n\t<li>Multitask between order entry, monitoring delivery status, problem resolution, etc.</li>\n\t<li>Other customer service and office duties</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Dispatcher Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Ability to select best possible driver based on location, ability, vehicle specifications &amp; current work load</li>\n\t<li>Ability to navigate upwards of 20 drivers simultaneously to complete more than 100+ expedited deliveries per day</li>\n\t<li>Continually analyze drivers and deliveries as the situation changes; provide alternative options for when plan A is disrupted</li>\n\t<li>Possess superior communication skills to quickly relay concise, detailed information to drivers, customer and office staff</li>\n\t<li>Ability to identify driver, customer &amp; support staff errors &amp; implement corrective action in a timely fashion</li>\n\t<li>Coach new drivers as part of their on-the-job training, providing additional instruction and guidance</li>\n</ul>\n",
