font-weight: bold\">A taste of what you’ll do</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our affiliate partnerships across Sportsbook and Casino verticals.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key affiliates, driving new business opportunities, optimizing partner performance, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.</p>\n<p>This role requires a strong understanding of the sportsbook affiliate landscape, player acquisition strategies, sports betting products, and performance marketing.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate combines relationship management expertise with analytical skills and a proven ability to negotiate, execute, and scale affiliate partnerships in highly competitive markets.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accountabilities:</span></span></em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Affiliate Account Management</span></p>\n<p>· Manage and develop relationships with key affiliate partners across Sportsbook and Casino.</p>\n<p>· Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support.</p>\n<p>· Conduct regular performance reviews and business discussions with partners.</p>\n<p>· Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximize affiliate revenue and player acquisition.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sportsbook Focus</span></p>\n<p>· Develop affiliate campaigns specifically focused on Sportsbook acquisition and retention.</p>\n<p>· Work closely with the Trading, CRM, and Marketing teams to leverage major sporting events and seasonal opportunities.</p>\n<p>· Ensure affiliates are effectively promoting sportsbook products, offers, and content.</p>\n<p>· Monitor sportsbook performance trends, betting markets, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.</p>\n<p>· Collaborate on pre-event and event-driven acquisition strategies around major sporting events.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Development</span></p>\n<p>· Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across regulated and target markets.</p>\n<p>· Attend industry conferences, networking events, and affiliate meetings to expand the affiliate network.</p>\n<p>· Negotiate commercial agreements, CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and bespoke partnership models.</p>\n<p>· Evaluate partnership opportunities and prepare commercial proposals.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance &amp; Analysis</span></p>\n<p>· Monitor affiliate performance using internal reporting tools, Google Analytics, BI platforms, and affiliate systems.</p>\n<p>· Analyze traffic quality, player value, retention, and conversion metrics.</p>\n<p>· Deliver regular performance reports, forecasts, and actionable insights.</p>\n<p>· Track affiliate profitability and ensure commercial objectives are achieved.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, Experience &amp; Skills:</span></em></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential</span></p>\n<p>· Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry.</p>\n<p>· Strong knowledge of Sportsbook products, Casino products, betting markets, customer acquisition funnels, and player behavior.</p>\n<p>· Proven track record of managing and growing high-value affiliate partnerships.</p>\n<p>· Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and tenancy agreements.</p>\n<p>· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities.</p>\n<p>· Excel skills and experience working with affiliate tracking platforms.</p>\n<p>· Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.</p>\n<p>· Strong organizational and project management skills.</p>\n<p>· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</p>\n<p>· Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<p>· Experience working in regulated gaming markets.</p>\n<p>· Knowledge of affiliate platforms</p>\n<p>· Experience using Google Analytics, Power BI, or equivalent reporting tools.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
