You will leverage your technical expertise, leadership skills, and agile management experience to guide the team towards achieving ambitious goals and contributing to the overall success of the organization.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong>:</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Lead a team of software engineers,&nbsp;</span><span>fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing environment</span></li>\n <li><span>Guide the creation of new, innovative and highly engaging consumer focused interactive experiences</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from project planning to deployment and maintenance</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into web application features and functionality</span></li>\n <li><span>Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, while continuing to coach and mentor the engineering team</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage the engineering team to adhere to standard software development lifecycle and maintain high coding standards</span></li>\n <li><span>Stay current with the latest technology innovations, tools, and best practices</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong>:</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience</span></li>\n <li><span>6+ years of software development experience&nbsp;in a management role</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience developing interactive 2D and 3D presentations across a wide range of target hardware and environments</span></li>\n <li><span>Familiarity with the design and development of item tuning, balancing and customer retention</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience as a Software Development Manager or similar leadership role</span></li>\n <li><span>5+ years of experience in web application development or native application or equivalent experience, with a focus on effective interactive UIs and UX design principals</span></li>\n <li><span>Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of developers to deliver committed goals</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience in delivering across multiple platforms simultaneously</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience developing Cloud based or native desktop applications&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge of multiple development frameworks and tools across Mac, Windows, and Linux</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<div>\n Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
