          "text": "<p>Experience Guidelines:  • Minimum 3 - 4 years in systems integration and development, package implementation, and/or interactive design • Minimum 2 years in .NET development • Demonstrates ability to do technical design and develop using Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, and ASP .NET • Experience with database technologies such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server • Solid understanding of all parts of Software Engineering (e.g. Requirements, Design, Implementation, Testing) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Experience working in a defined lifecycle • Experience with Object Oriented Technologies • Ability to work with key owners and stakeholders to document technical requirements • Proven leadership skills to independently manage a track of work with 3 - 5 people, during various phases of the project lifecycle • Experience with .NET-specific technologies such as Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) or Workflow Foundation (WF) is desirable • Experience integrating, modifying, and configuring Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) products • Experience with SharePoint, Web-Services is preferred but not required</p><p>Education: • Bachelor’s degree required and degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.</p>",
