Must be at least 18 years old.</p><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Essential Responsibilities</span></strong></h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Greet and welcome visitors</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist visitors with transporting picnic supplies by golf cart to the pavilion and/or grill areas</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintenance tasks to include pressure washing, painting, landscaping, minor repairs, removal of trash and/or debris</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Check on the restrooms every hour to ensure cleanliness and restock restroom supplies as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor activities in a variety of areas to ensure visitors follow park rules and maintain a safe and secure environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct daily water analysis of splash pads by performing basic math calculations to ensure proper water pH levels</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul></div><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Skills and Competencies</span></strong></h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicates clearly and effectively to others to be understood by all, while utilizing strong listening skills to remain open to others&rsquo;
