For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.</p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>In this role you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines, using critical plan methodology</li>\n <li>Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes is defined via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology</li>\n <li>Ensure schedule adheres to the project execution plan and in particular contracting, procurement and project control strategy documents and plans</li>\n <li>Ensure there is a clear method in place for base-lining of schedules and manage periodic updates</li>\n <li>Manage the fully integrated project schedule and structure it to allow review at a range of levels and details</li>\n <li>Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome</li>\n <li>Provide regular updates on schedule progress through expert analysis and reporting</li>\n <li>Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions</li>\n <li>Attend Risk Analysis workshops and support the QRA process</li>\n <li>Resource load schedules as required by the project team</li>\n <li>Preparation of scheduling best practices and procedures</li>\n <li>Review external schedules to ensure that they are compiled using scheduling best practices</li>\n <li>Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value by fostering an environment of top performance and growth through excellent mentorship and leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We would love to hear from you if you:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience on life sciences or mission critical projects</li>\n <li>Are detailed ordinated and quality focused</li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction related discipline</li>\n <li>Have experience working with Primavera P6 software</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work Environment:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>This role will be required to work 5 days a week onsite at the project site located in Wilson, NC.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Salary range for this role is $125,000.00-$175,000.00 USD but actual salary offered will be dependent on education, skillset and experience. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.</p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
