    "description": "<p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Take and follow instructions regarding the collection and acquisition of tools and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Assist HVAC mechanic or lead installer on installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on commercial properties.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ensure that all systems remain in compliance with standards and protocols.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Stocking job site with ductwork &amp; equipment &amp; cleaning jobsites of HVAC identifiable trash.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Measure and prepare the materials required for HVAC installations.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Assist in the installation of ducts and ducting systems.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ensure proper delivery and removal of equipment from client sites.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Enforce safety measures before, during, and after each process.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Devise and implement methods in order to ensure that clients’ property remains safe.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Complying with relevant codes and regulatory standards.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Operating a variety of hand and power tools needed for HVAC installation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Qualifications/Requirements</span><span>:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Ability to lift, carry, pull and push components/equipment up to 50 pounds.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Work flexible hours as required.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Able to work well with minimal supervision.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specific procedures.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Must be able to pass a drug screen.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Must have a valid DL and good driving record.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Tools are required.</span></li>\n</ul>",
