This leader will set the standard for how our projects are executed on-site, driving efficiency, enforcing safety, and ensuring installations are delivered on time, on spec, and on brand.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As Installation Manager, you’ll oversee the installation department and serve as the central connection between production, project management, and the jobsite.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Own the Installation Process:</span> Take full responsibility for installations on-site—leading crews, managing subcontractors, resolving issues, and ensuring every detail meets McKenzie’s standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Plan &amp; Schedule Work:</span> Develop and oversee installation schedules, coordinate site access, and ensure manpower and logistics are aligned for efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Enforce Safety &amp; SOPs:</span> Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for installations; enforce safety protocols and compliance across all jobsites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Improve Jobsite Efficiency:</span> Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects running smoothly and productively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communicate &amp; Report:</span> Provide accurate updates to project managers, document site progress/issues, and maintain administrative reporting through Innergy and CG paperwork.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead the Team:</span> Serve as the on-site leader, representing McKenzie with confidence while communicating clearly with clients, GCs, subs, and internal teams.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">3+ years of experience supervising <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">custom millwork installations</span> (residential and/or commercial)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Deep knowledge of both <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">architectural millwork</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">construction practices</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong leadership in coordinating crews and managing subcontractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assertive, confident, and solutions-oriented with proven problem-solving ability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Highly resourceful, adaptable, and skilled in prioritization/time management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exceptional communicator; <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">bilingual in English and Spanish</span> strongly preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, scheduling tools, and field reporting systems</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
