CampusWorks is looking for Financial Aid Consultants to assist our higher education clients in strengthening their financial aid operations and enhancing the student experience.  These individuals will use their subject matter expertise in financial aid to guide clients in adopting best practices and maximize the use of the technology to support the financial aid operations and help clients achieve their goals.  The consulting engagements may be remote or on-site and can include serving as an interim Financial Aid Director, leading a Business Process Review project, or optimizing the institution’s financial aid system. This individual will work collaboratively with our clients to streamline the financial aid operations and ensure compliance, train new users, and/or ensure the operations are leveraging fully the financial aid ERP functionality.  These roles can be full-time or contract consultant (1099) opportunities. CampusWorks consultants engage with our clients in higher education to assist them in fully leveraging their people, processes, policies, and technologies. We work collaboratively with clients’ functional and technical teams and our CampusWorks colleagues to evaluate current processes, design future-state optimal processes, and to architect, develop, test, train, and rollout process and technical solutions that delight our clients. A hybrid presence may be required with frequent travel to client locations.
