    "description": "<p><strong>Position Title:</strong> WHE Operation &amp; Maintenance Manager</p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><strong>Area of Requirement: </strong>Crane / Weight Handling Equipment Operations</p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><u><strong>Scope of Position:</strong></u></p>\n\n<p>Provides full authority to ensure safe and effective Weight Handling Equipment (WHE) operations and maintenance.</p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><strong>Tasks and Capabilities Required:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Oversee WHE operations, inspections, certifications, and maintenance.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure compliance with safety, crane operation standards, and lifting protocols.</li>\n\t<li>Supervise operators, riggers, and maintenance personnel.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain documentation, PM schedules, and certification records.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><strong>Mandatory Experience and Certifications:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Minimum ten (10) years of experience involving WHE operation and maintenance.</li>\n\t<li>Minimum five (5) years in supervisory or management roles involving WHE personnel/equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><strong>Preferred/Desired Certifications:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>NCCCO Crane Operator or Inspector certifications</li>\n\t<li>NAVFAC WHE certification experience</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:</strong></p>\n\n<p><em>The responsibilities and qualifications outlined above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by those in this position.
