      "content": "\n<li>Provide hydrology, hydraulics and water resource engineering input and support for environmental baseline, water management, water treatment, permitting, remediation and reclamation projects.</li>\n<li>Support risk analysis related to water resources.</li>\n<li>Prepare and provide senior review of detailed technical reports, drawings, specifications and correspondence.</li>\n<li>Develop hydrological conceptual site models using different software (e.g., HEC-HMS, SWMM, etc.)</li>\n<li>Develop hydraulic modelling and assessment for different water bodies and hydraulic infrastructures (e.g., channels, rivers, etc.) using different relevant software (e.g., HEC-RAS, FLO2D).</li>\n<li>Support development of baseline hydrology programs.</li>\n<li>Develop site specific water balance models for integration into GoldSim water and load balance models.</li>\n<li>Develop climate records using climate change projections.</li>\n<li>Work with multidisciplinary teams (modelers, hydrogeologist, hydrologist, surface water quality specialists, GIS) to delivery complex, technical scopes of work related to water resource engineering.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing communication and understanding of client goals.</li>\n<li>Develop scopes of work and cost estimates to complete tasks associated with hydrology and water resource engineering.</li>\n<li>Mentor intermediate and junior staff in area of hydrotechnical and water resource engineering.</li>\n<li>Travel to potential and existing work sites to interface with on-site staff, vendors, customers, regulatory personnel, and project partners.</li>\n<li>Participate in community engagement and consultation events.</li>\n<li>Monitor and promote system environmental health and worker safety compliance.</li>\n<li>Support other engineering projects as part of the Ensero Engineering Team.</li>\n<li>Manage special projects that support the broad-based needs of a rapidly expanding company.</li>\n<li>All other related duties as required.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in civil, water resources, or environmental engineering.</li>\n<li>A Professional Engineering designation is required.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li>Minimum 10 years of related experience in Water Resources Engineering or Hydrotechnical Engineering.</li>\n<li>Experience working in environmental consulting or project consulting setting.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, water resources engineering related software (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, GoldSim, etc.) and coding (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, etc.).</li>\n"
