With facilities and customers around the globe, ElectroCraft provides advanced precision solutions with the highest reliability and lowest total cost of ownership, which is why it is trusted by both the largest brands and the newest cutting-edge companies.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></u></p><ul><li>Pick, stage, and deliver materials, parts, and assemblies to production lines according to work orders and production schedules.</li><li>Dependability and strong work ethic.</li><li>Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Verify materials picked against bills of material (BOMs), pick lists, or production orders for accuracy.</li><li>Maintain proper material flow to ensure production lines are continuously supplied</li><li>Perform basic inventory transactions using a warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP system</li><li>Label, scan, and track materials as required.</li><li>Return unused materials to designated storage locations.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards).</li><li>Follow all safety procedures, including forklift safety and OSHA regulations.</li><li>Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.</li><li>Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to Team Lead.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Basic and Social Skills, Leadership, and Business</strong></u></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Ability to read and understand pick lists, production schedules, and work instructions.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
