Duties will include enrolling caregivers onto the EVV application, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring time and attendance tracking through the EVV platform is accurate and compliant. An experienced individual with HHA Exchange System is highly preferred.</p><p style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; margin-bottom: 1rem; caret-color: rgb(41, 47, 72); color: rgb(41, 47, 72); font-size: 12px;\"><br></p><ul style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; margin-bottom: 1rem; caret-color: rgb(41, 47, 72); color: rgb(41, 47, 72); font-size: 12px;\" type=\"disc\"><li>Communicates effectively with clients, caregivers, and corporate staff</li><li>Delivers exceptional and compassionate customer service and problem resolutions</li><li>Carries out EVV Training and orientation on HHAX clock in and out, do&#39;s and don&rsquo;ts to all new caregivers.</li><li>Administers client scheduling and ensures the schedule is per the client&#39;s approved plan.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors EVV clocking and out daily, reaches out to clients for missed clocks, confirms visits with clients,s and proceeds to link the calls as confirmed.</li><li>Provides staffing to patients and proactively requests additional caregivers.</li><li>Monitors and checks authorisations and ensures no understaffing or lack thereof.</li><li>Notifies the Service Coordinator, the client, and the caregiver of pending authorisation expiry.&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshooting EVV and other HHAX-related issues</li><li>Prepares reports as requested</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
