    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Consider joining the Pennex team as a Melt Furnace Operator. This position is Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. As a Furnace operator you have a crucial role as operating the furnace and ensuring the proper functioning of the Furnace equipment, maintaining optimal operating conditions, and producing high quality products. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Loads scrap, prime and other metals into furnace to achieve proper molten aluminum alloy utilizing appropriate mobile equipment.</li>\n <li>Stirs metal bath with steel rake attached to a forklift.</li>\n <li>Removes dross by-product from molten bath with steel rake attached to a forklift in a skimming action minimizing amount of aluminum removed and maximizing the amount of dross removed.</li>\n <li>Loads dross pots into dross snuffers/coolers using forklift.  Empties dross pots when cooled.</li>\n <li>Draws samples using ladle.
