(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.  LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the design and development of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and low voltage systems for commercial, industrial, municipal and healthcare facilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform load calculations, equipment sizing using industry-standard software.</li>\n <li>Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, details and one-line diagrams.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Conduct site visits, field inspections, and construction administration including review of shop drawings, RFIs etc.</li>\n <li>Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.</li>\n <li>Perform QA/QC reviews of projects to ensure high standards of quality are maintained.</li>\n <li> Ensure compliance with local codes, standards and client requirements.</li>\n <li>Interface with clients, attend project meetings, and present technical solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in project sales proposals and interviews.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct site assessments and generate comprehensive technical reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li>\n <li><strong>Professional Engineer (PE) license required.</strong></li>\n <li>Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in electrical design.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of electrical codes, energy efficiency standards, and sustainable design practices.</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership, mentoring and project management skills.</li>\n <li>Strong technical writing and communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>LEED Accreditation or other sustainable building certifications.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated with the ability to multitask to meet specific project deadlines.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Total Compensation Package</li>\n <li>Employee- Only Stock Purchase Plan</li>\n <li>Mentoring programs</li>\n <li>Continuing Education Program</li>\n <li>Employee referral bonus</li>\n <li>Volunteer/Industry association opportunities<strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our Culture:</strong></p>\n<p>We believe in the power of collaboration.
