Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.</p><p><br></p><p>As the Delivery Driver, you are responsible for effectively assembling and transporting food orders in a safe and timely manner. You will inspect assembled orders to ensure accuracy and that the corresponding quantities of condiments, napkins and plastic utensils are included for every order.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE</strong></p><ul><li>Have a professional demeanor when interacting with customers for recording orders.</li><li>Count and verify all items needed to complete the delivery order including paper goods, utensils and condiments.</li><li>Inspect containers prior to transport to ensure proper containment of food.</li><li>Deliver and set up order if it is a catered event. Confirm with on-site contact that the order is correct before leaving.</li><li>Present check to customer, accept payment and return change or collect signature on credit card slip if payment was processed at time of order placement.</li><li>Confide in management if problems with co-workers or guests arise so that appropriate actions can be taken.</li><li>Arrive promptly and in full uniform for all scheduled shifts, including mandatory meetings.</li><li>Follow and abide by all policies written in the employee handbook.</li><li>Respect all co-workers and managers.</li><li>Protect establishment, patrons and co-workers by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.</li><li>Create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests.</li><li>Leave a positive impression on our customers to ensure a return venture and potential word of mouth promotion.</li><li>Have fun at work; leave baggage at the door; come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests.</li><li>Thank the customers for ordering from us and leave catering or restaurant menus for future orders.</li><li>Promote a positive perception of the company at all times, both internally and in public.</li></ul><p>GHG24</p>",
