As a Safety Manager supporting mission-critical data center construction, you’ll help drive a culture where precision, speed, and safety work together—and where every worker goes home safe, every day.</p>\n<p>We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Safety Manager who can lead from the field, influence teams, and elevate safety performance across complex, high-visibility projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead all on-site safety efforts for large-scale, mission-critical data center projects</li>\n <li>Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations, client standards, and site-specific safety requirements</li>\n <li>Drive a proactive safety culture through daily engagement, field presence, and relationship building</li>\n <li>Conduct daily safety meetings, audits, and inspections to identify risks and implement real-time solutions</li>\n <li>Oversee and enforce safety compliance across multiple subcontractors and trades in a high-activity environment</li>\n <li>Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventative actions</li>\n <li>Support high-risk activities including energized work, LOTO, fall protection, rigging, steel erection, and excavation</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with project leadership, superintendents, and client stakeholders to align on safety goals</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience supporting safety on data center or other mission-critical construction projects (or similar high-tech environments)</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and client-driven safety programs</li>\n <li>Experience working in fast-paced, multi-trade environments with overlapping scopes</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both field teams and executive stakeholders</li>\n <li>Confident leading trainings, toolbox talks, and safety stand-downs</li>\n <li>Hands-on, visible leader who builds trust and drives accountability in the field</li>\n <li>Experience with high-risk scopes such as energized systems, LOTO, fall protection, rigging, steel erection, and excavation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why HazTek:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work on high-profile, cutting-edge data center builds</li>\n <li>Join a team that values collaboration, ownership, and safety excellence</li>\n <li>Long-term project opportunities with stability and career growth</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience required</li>\n <li>OSHA 30 hour in Construction certification required</li>\n <li>First Aid/CPR certified</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of construction safety standards</li>\n <li>Must have experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written skills</li>\n <li><p>Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability</p><p> </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>HazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
