    "description": "<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong>:</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Construction laborers and helpers work on almost all construction sites, performing a wide range of tasks and a variety of construction-related activities during all phases of construction. The main task laborers perform is preparing and cleaning up construction sites. Job duties to include (but not limited to) install barricades, demolition (hand and by means of mechanical devices), provide assistance to equipment operators, assist in concrete or asphalt installations, cleaning up sites, and disposing of waste, as well as helping with any other needs of craft workers.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Regular attendance at assigned location; may include A/Z office or other project site;</li>\r\n\t<li>Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards;</li>\r\n\t<li>Load or unload building materials to be used in construction;</li>\r\n\t<li>Lifting and moving objects and materials at times in excess of 50lbs, intermittently and at times continuously;</li>\r\n\t<li>Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures;</li>\r\n\t<li>Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction;</li>\r\n\t<li>Operate or tend equipment and machines used in construction and demolition (to include jackhammers, demo saws, etc.);</li>\r\n\t<li>Help craft workers with their duties (ie: mechanical, electrical, and telecom divisions);</li>\r\n\t<li>Follow plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers;</li>\r\n\t<li>Must maintain strict adherence to safety rules and quality;</li>\r\n\t<li>Participate in site housekeeping;</li>\r\n\t<li>Interact with co-workers in an attentive courteous manner;</li>\r\n\t<li>Additional duties as directed by management.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
