  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Partner with clients and families using a motivational, strengths-based approach to support progress toward recovery and resiliency goals.</li><li><!--block-->Provide individualized, holistic services addressing both mental health and substance use needs, incorporating the Eight Dimensions of Wellness.</li><li><!--block-->Assist clients in developing and achieving personalized Wellness Plans, accessing needed services such as healthcare, housing, financial assistance, and community resources.</li><li><!--block-->Offer education, coaching, and skill-building to promote wellness, recovery, and independent living.</li><li><!--block-->Facilitate group-based services such as early recovery, family support, co-occurring treatment, and wellness programs.</li><li><!--block-->Collaborate closely with an integrated treatment team—including medical, clinical, and peer support staff—to ensure coordinated, culturally responsive care.</li><li><!--block-->Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, and fidelity reviews to support high-quality, evidence-based service delivery.</li><li><!--block-->Maintain accurate, timely documentation and meet service expectations in alignment with agency standards.</li><li><!--block-->Provide transportation and other direct supports as clinically indicated.
