We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from project entitlements and preliminary design through construction documents and construction administration.</p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Expected Base Salary: $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 based on experience.</li><li>Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.</li><li>Competitive end of year discretionary&#xa0;bonus based on company/team/personal performance.</li><li>Hybrid work schedule (subject to change).</li><li>401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching with 9% Employee Contribution.</li></ul>",
