You'll oversee crews, manage project plans, and ensure seamless communication while maintaining a strong focus on schedules, cost control, and contract adherence. Wage for this position will be $30+ depending on experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Things You’ll Do</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Value safety, quality of work, job profitability, and project schedule.</li>\n <li>Read and interpret plans and specifications to build projects correctly.</li>\n <li>Supervise, teach, and lead multiple crews and foremen.</li>\n <li>Communicate project issues and concerns with project manager, superintendent, and customer.</li>\n <li>Organize, plan, schedule and delegate work, labor, and equipment.</li>\n <li>Assist in all project cost control and measurement tools being used on the project.</li>\n <li>Review, understand, and adhere to all contracts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li>\n <li>Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills</li>\n <li>Knowledge of all equipment used for job and how to use it</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift and other physical activity. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits </strong></p>\n<p>At Suncore, we value people.
