You will be involved in both manual testing and the development of automation frameworks.<br><br>&#12304;Key Responsibilities&#12305;<br>- Test Planning &amp; Execution: Design and execute test plans for desktop applications (Windows/Linux), covering functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.<br>- Automation Development: Build and maintain automation frameworks using tools like FlaUI, Robot Framework, or NUnit to improve testing efficiency.<br>- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions.<br>- Global Collaboration: Participate in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups) and communicate effectively with international team members.<br>- Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest improvements to QA processes and methodologies.<br>- (Optional / Plus) Support the creation of dashboards for ticket management.<br>- (Optional / Plus) Perform API testing where applicable.<br><br>&#12304;Requirements&#12305;<br>- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English with international team members.<br>- Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.<br>- Technical Basics: Coding knowledge in Python, C#, JS, Shell scripting or any other programming language.<br>- Note: We welcome fresh graduates who are willing to learn and have basic programming concepts!<br><br><br>&#12304;Preferred Skills&#12305;<br>- Experience with desktop automation tools/frameworks.<br>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo) and Version Control (Git/Bitbucket).<br>- Experience with Jira for defect tracking.</p>",
