      "text": "Specifically, the LEAD will perform the following duties: ",
      "content": "\n<li>Maintain life safety and security systems.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by building management.</li>\n<li><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\" role=\"presentation\">Team management (which includes multiple locations) daily stand-up, create schedules, track PTO, training, call-offs, provide direction and/or prioritization of tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\" role=\"presentation\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Ticket system – monitoring tickets and providing metrics to client.</span></span></li>\n<li><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\" role=\"presentation\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Sourcing – vendors, plumbing and misc. repair parts.</span></span></li>\n<li><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\" role=\"presentation\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Vendors – on-site contact and scheduling of maintenance agreement services.</span></span></li>\n<li><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\" role=\"presentation\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Computer skills – Outlook, Microsoft, Teams and Service Now (or other ticket system)&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n<li>Maintain all boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, appurtenances and lines used in the distribution of steam and heated or processed water.</li>\n<li>Maintain water filters, softeners, piping and pumps used in conjunction with water distribution, including all sinks, toilet bowls, supply lines, drains and water lines.</li>\n<li>Operate, maintain and repair all types of electrical motors and engines used to power pumps, compressors and fans.</li>\n<li>Maintain lighting maintenance.</li>\n<li>Work with vendor to maintain proper operation during seasonal changes and recalibrate controls based on seasonal conditions to ensure energy efficient operation.</li>\n<li>Maintain all equipment as required per the Preventive Maintenance Program. Preventive Maintenance Program will be scheduled to meet the manufacturer’s required service specifications.</li>\n"
