The QCx Technician I will also assist the QCx Technician II in the application of QCx specific procedures, checklists, plans, forms, and logs.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Embrace the quality culture \"Implement Quality from the Start\" and coach continuous learning approach that improves project efficiency and quality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Identify areas for improvement while adhering to best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Support the implementation of the Quality / Commissioning Programs on projects, focusing on core programs including site specific quality plans, policies, and procedures on projects through proactive planning, training, support and by sharing lessons learned.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Assist in the verification and documentation for all Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment, ensuring the conformance with the approved submittal while adhering to the Equipment Protection Plan.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Aid the construction team and QCx team to support Foreign Objects and Debris (FOD) inspections prior to Energization on MV / LV SWGR, MV / LV XFMRs, Panelboards etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Assist in the First Time Energization (FTE) process from start to finish.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Responsible for accurately torquing bolts and fasteners to specified tolerances, ensuring proper assembly and safety standards are met.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Conduct megger testing on feeder wires to ensure proper insulation resistance and electrical safety compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Maintains correct and accurate inspection records, torque reports, megger reports, and other related items.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Contribute to Daily Quality Reports documenting field discrepancies and audit findings while supporting corrective actions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Support investigations into quality-related incidents, conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions, establishing preventative measures to minimize future incidents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Identify and assess quality risks associated with Mission Critical operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Other duties assigned, including temporary assignments, training assignments, and other related duties.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
