    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;</div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Company Profile</strong></p><p>San Antonio Shoemakers (SAS), a San Antonio, Texas based company, has been in business for over 40 years and has developed a reputation as a premier American manufacturer of high quality comfort footwear.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position</strong></p><p>SAS has an opening for a <strong>Stocking Lead.</strong></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Responsible for accuracy of product within the DC.</li><li>Communicate with team on daily goals.</li><li>Must be able to lead a team to ensure all new shoes have locations and are available for the time sensitive deadline.</li><li>Coordinate the different task for all facets of the stocking department.</li><li>Assist in making sure that a plan is in place for all working projects within the department.</li><li>Train others to use the RF Scanner.</li><li>Able to stock all items systematically through the D365 system.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of all variables (errors) that can arise during stocking. Able to resolve all errors.</li><li>Must be able to verify that the stocking process is accurate.</li><li>Assist the Supervisor/Manager in implementing new processes as needed.</li><li>Able to extract Data as needed for New Shoes process, Velocity process and Production goals.</li><li>Responsible for all Stocking functions</li><li>Must be able to work through issues and communicate to other departments to assist on the needs for accurate shipments.</li><li>Must be able to assist with coverage on second shift as needed.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Job Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Able to navigate through Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook</li><li>Capable of leading and overcoming obstacles that arise within the department.</li><li>Knowledge of D365 system or other WMS experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills</li><li>Able to lead the Stocking Department to achieve all goals set forth by SAS</li><li>Must have leadership skills to assist in leading the multiple functions within stocking.&nbsp;</li><li>Self-starter that desires to take initiative.</li><li>Ability to work well in leading the team to achieve company goals</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must lead by example.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs.</li><li>Must be able to stand/walk for 8 &ndash; 10 hours.</li><li>Ability to climb stairs as required.</li><li>Reach, stoop, and pull items 20 lbs. above shoulder.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work over time if required.</li><li>Repetitive hand and wrist extension and flexion to complete work load.</li><li>Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer, visual inspection, and prepare and analyze projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Comfortable using a computer.</li><li>Physical labor is often necessary for 8 hours or more per day with breaks approximately every two hours including reaching, standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, pushing, pulling, grasping, feeling, hearing and vision.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Education &amp; Experience Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have basic skills on a computer</li><li>Must have a HS Diploma /GED.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>I have read and understand the duties, responsibilities and qualifications of this position and acknowledge that I can perform the essential functions of the job with or without an accommodation.</strong> <strong>I also understand that this is a summary of this position&#39;s duties and other responsibilities may be assigned as the company deems necessary.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>SAS is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
