This position will serve as a mentor to Insulation Apprentices.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s In It For Me?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Market Value Compensation</li>\n <li>Robust PTO Plan</li>\n <li>Health, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from</li>\n <li>401K Retirement Plan with company match </li>\n <li>Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability</li>\n <li>Special Program Options: FSA, EAP, Legal Services, and Identity Theft</li>\n <li>Continuous Training for your Professional Development</li>\n <li>Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Installing fiberglass batt / blow insulation in residential and commercial jobs</li>\n <li>Cut the insulation materials to size and install in frames, ceiling, attic, or crawlspace</li>\n <li>Safely load/unload material onto work trucksErect scaffolding or ladders to specific heights</li>\n <li>Operate and maintain general construction tools and insulation machinery</li>\n <li>Observe job site safety policy and procedures</li>\n <li>Complete daily paperwork and materials inventory</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I have What it Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1-year experience as a lead installing insulation, insulation extraction and air sealing</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable of the materials being installed and the proper handling of the materials and equipment</li>\n <li>Ability to converse with homeowners in a positive manner</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable to perform jobs in unideal situations – “roof pitch,\" smaller crawl spaces and attics</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time - loading hopper, utilizing the vacuum to extract, navigating the hose for blown-in insulation and bending over to seal air penetrations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
