This is a first shift opportunity and the <strong>pay rate is $50-$80/hour</strong> based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Structural steel welding</li>\n <li>Pipe welding</li>\n <li>Perform 6G open toot pipe weld test </li>\n <li>Vertical & overhead welding</li>\n <li>Read isometric drawings & blueprints</li>\n <li>Fitups, layouts, tieins, repair welds, root, hotpass, fills, caps, cracks, etc. </li>\n <li>Repair heavy machinery, buckets, booms, frames, plates, gouging, grinding, etc.</li>\n <li>Produce welds meeting visual inspections & hydro/NDT standards</li>\n <li>Other tasks as assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years experience in field welding (repairing excavator, buckets, dozer blades, loader buckets, cracked frames and structural members, etc.)</li>\n <li>Proven experience in water pipeline welding, pipe welding, tank welding, boiler-making & structural steel</li>\n <li>6G pipe certification</li>\n <li>Must have own rig 200-300 AMP welding machine (Lincoln or Miller preferred), truck (3/4 ton truck) and tools</li>\n <li>OSHA10, OSHA 30 is preferred</li>\n <li>Confined space & trench safety awareness</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Details</h2>\n<p>Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry. </p>\n<p>Our comprehensive benefits include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Tradesmen+ Rewards Program – earn points for hours worked</li>\n <li>Vacation Pay</li>\n <li>Health insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement savings plan</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Tradesmen International is an EO employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>“<strong>Be Safe” from fraud!</strong>  Tradesmen International will never ask you to pay for certifications, equipment, or other “up front”  costs as a condition of hire.
