These are seen throughout our interactions with customers, within the company, and in each of our employee’s everyday lives.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Preventive & Corrective Maintenance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) in accordance with established PM schedules and work instructions.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.</li>\n <li>Respond to equipment breakdowns and unplanned downtime in a timely and safe manner.</li>\n <li>Support equipment startups, changeovers, and shutdowns as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Equipment & Facility Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain wire drawing machines, pickling equipment, pumps, tanks, conveyors, forklifts (non-certified maintenance only), and auxiliary systems.</li>\n <li>Perform basic facility maintenance, including lighting, plumbing, compressed air, and building repairs.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Documentation & Reporting</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete maintenance work orders accurately and in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Document PM activities, repairs, parts used, and observations.</li>\n <li>Report recurring issues, equipment conditions, or safety concerns to supervision.</li>\n <li>Support maintenance records required for ISO and audit purposes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Safety & Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, electrical safety, and PPE requirements.</li>\n <li>Identify and correct unsafe conditions when possible; escalate hazards when necessary.</li>\n <li>Support compliance with OSHA/MIOSHA regulations and internal safety policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Quality & Operational Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support production quality by ensuring equipment operates within defined parameters.</li>\n <li>Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions related to equipment failures.</li>\n <li>Support internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Housekeeping & General Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe maintenance work areas.</li>\n <li>Properly store tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.</li>\n <li>Perform additional duties as assigned by Maintenance or Operations Management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude in industrial environments.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures, schematics, and manuals.</li>\n <li>Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills for work orders and documentation.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li>\n <li>Physical ability to lift up to <strong>50 pounds</strong>.</li>\n <li>Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime or on-call as required.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.</li>\n <li>Experience with wire drawing, pickling, or similar industrial processes.</li>\n <li>Training or certification in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems</li>\n</ul>",
