Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Providing direct support to the multiple customers, this Full-Stack Developer will: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leverage advanced agentic AI tools to quickly add new functionality into existing code stacks within large, complex programs.</li>\n <li>Make quick, high-impact contributions to strategically critical projects across LMI’s portfolio, ensuring program success and delivering measurable results.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to identify pain points in existing systems and implement solutions in an agile environment.</li>\n <li>Transition seamlessly between programs, applying technical expertise to prioritize and address the highest-impact initiatives.</li>\n <li>Analyze customer requirements and program objectives to develop innovative solutions that align with mission needs.</li>\n <li>Work within multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrations, resolve technical challenges, and adhere to development timelines.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with security protocols, government standards, and industry best practices across all projects.</li>\n <li>Document technical solutions and improvements for knowledge transfer between teams and programs.</li>\n <li>Conduct rigorous testing to guarantee performance, scalability, and reliability of updated or newly developed code.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h1>Minimum Qualifications</h1>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Eligibility for a security clearance is required</strong>: Active Secret clearance preferred.</li>\n <li>3-5 years applying dev in a production environment </li>\n <li><strong>Experience with agentic AI coding tools</strong>: Demonstrated proficiency using tools to enhance existing code stacks at scale.</li>\n <li><strong>Proven full-stack development experience</strong>: Minimum of 3–5 years in developing, maintaining, and improving front-end and back-end systems.</li>\n <li><strong>Knowledge of programming languages</strong>: Proficient in at least one back-end language (Python preferred) and one front-end framework/tool (TypeScript preferred).</li>\n <li><strong>Experience with API development</strong>: Familiarity with developing and consuming RESTful APIs for integration across systems.</li>\n <li><strong>Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases</strong>: Strong foundational skills for managing data within relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) environments.</li>\n <li><strong>Agile methodologies</strong>: Experience working in agile environments, including the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.</li>\n <li><strong>Version control proficiency</strong>: Comfortable using Git (GitLab preferred) for code development and collaboration.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience with testing, security, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes</strong>: Proficient in integrating with automated testing frameworks, following security protocols, and following secure, continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. </li>\n <li><strong>Strong communication skills</strong>: Capable of clearly articulating technical concepts and solutions to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Desired Skills</h1>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Advanced proficiency in agentic AI tools:</strong> Extensive experience utilizing tools to optimize coding workflows and integrate advanced AI functionality.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience with cloud environments:</strong> Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for developing and deploying cloud-based applications.</li>\n <li><strong>Microservices architecture:</strong> Experience in designing and implementing microservices and containerized solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).</li>\n <li><strong>UI/UX design skills:</strong> Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular to enhance user interface and experience.</li>\n <li><strong>Knowledge of DevSecOps practices:</strong> Comprehensive understanding of secure development and deployment pipelines, including infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.</li>\n <li><strong>Data engineering:</strong> Experience with ETL tools, data pipeline management, and real-time analytics platforms.</li>\n <li><strong>Security certifications:</strong> Certifications such as Security+ or CISSP are highly desirable.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience with Agile frameworks:</strong> Advanced knowledge of Agile or SAFe methodologies, including participation in sprint planning and ceremonies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Target salary range: $109,986 - $189,154</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
