Performs work requiring adaptation of standards and criteria to project requirements. Possess a diverse working knowledge of related disciplines to support interdisciplinary coordination. &nbsp;Responsible for production of Contract Documents with support and direction from Project Manager and other senior staff.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have experience working on roll-out retail and commercial projects. &nbsp;The position requires experience producing construction documents for permit in Revit, strong communication skills, and an ability to thrive in a team environment.</p><p><strong>Qualifications Include:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in architecture from an accredited program preferred.</li><li>Basic understanding of architectural design, site planning, design development and graphic presentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic knowledge construction document production and development.</li><li>Proficiency Revit (latest version), AutoCAD, and other graphic and business software and their application in developing and presenting design documents.</li><li>Basic oral and written English communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
