    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><b>About the job:&nbsp;</b></span></p>\n<p><i>Kent is looking for a Project Manager&nbsp;to support our client’s project site in Corpus Christi, TX.</i></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<table>\n <tbody>\n  <tr>\n   <td>Skills and&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;</td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <ul>\n     <li><span>Be a champion for Health, Safety, Sustainability and Environment.&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Lead responsible areas for Quality, both in technical deliverables and to the expected delivery of services.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Lead development of technical proposals, inclusive of evaluating scope, cost, and schedule as part of a project execution strategy.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Manage and comply with complex master and professional service agreements and contracts in collaboration with Commercial and Legal as related to Engineering, Program, and/or Projects/EPC services.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Meet key project indicators developed as part of the execution of a project.</span></li>\n     <li><span>As owner of the change management process, ensure that changes from initial project objectives and scope of work are properly and timely identified, clarified, documented and formally communicated to the Client.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Be accountable for scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and procurement on projects which you are managing.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Develop bi-weekly and monthly (and additional as required) management reports for Client and Kent Executive Leadership.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Provide guidance on design processes and/or construction methods.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Participate in review and improvement of company’s project management best practices.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Perform risk management to minimize project risks.</span></li>\n    </ul>\n    <p>&nbsp;</p>\n    <p>In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently.
