View the comprehensive information about the competitive benefits package on our careers page then scroll down to <strong>CENTERS Benefits </strong>(click link to view).</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet members</li>\n <li>Check member identification</li>\n <li>Conduct safety clinics</li>\n <li>Assist patrons with rental and retail items</li>\n <li>Assist the Outdoor Center Supervisor enforce policies</li>\n <li>Answer telephone in a prompt and polite manner</li>\n <li>Ability to work with other instructors in a group setting</li>\n <li>Take equipment rental reservations</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills</li>\n <li>Strong reasoning, interpersonal communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills</li>\n <li>Willingness and ability to enforce policies and resolve conflicts</li>\n <li>Ability to operate a cash register</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills</li>\n <li>Ability to handle several tasks at once with frequent interruptions</li>\n <li>Completion of First Aid, CPR, and AED training, as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Technical Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic computer competency.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Human Relations</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Interaction with patrons, faculty, staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Environment and Physical Demands</h2>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Outdoor environment</li>\n <li>Office environment/fitness center environment</li>\n <li>Moderate to loud noise</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing or walking for at least 50% of the work day.</li>\n <li>Occasional bending, stooping.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Duties </strong></p>\n<p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
