Opportunities for career advancement, excellent benefits and long-term stability are some of the advantages of our growing, employee-focused company.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary</strong></p>\n<p>The typical annual salary range for this position is $95,000.00 USD to $110,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations</li>\n <li> Analyze budgeting and accounting reports </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening—for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal</li>\n <li>Ability to perform all functional duties independently, self-starter</li>\n <li>Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR</li>\n <li>2 years’ experience within Department of the Navy (DoN) </li>\n <li>Financial management experience should include financial analysis of business programs including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Development of cost estimates, program status reports</li>\n   <li>Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Management Regulations (FMR)</li>\n   <li>Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)</li>\n   <li>Planning, Program, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) process</li>\n   <li>2 years’ experience with DoN procurement policies and procedures </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Experience with:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case documents</li>\n   <li>Obligation and expenditure phasing plans</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Experience in:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Navy Enterprise Resources Planning (NERP)</li>\n   <li>Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)</li>\n   <li>Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL)</li>\n   <li>Other DoN financial automated accounting & budgeting systems </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Degree: </strong>MA/MS degree</p>\n<p><strong>Allowable Substitution: </strong>Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree or Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.</p>\n<p><strong>CLEARANCE</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Condition of Employment:</strong>  Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
