Your analysis will uncover cost-saving opportunities, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure we’re investing in solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. You won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll influence decisions that shape our operational success and sustainability.&nbsp;This role supports multiple indirect spend categories rather than being limited to a single dedicated category.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>What we expect:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze company-wide spend data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization</li>\n <li>Partner with category managers to develop sourcing strategies for areas such as facilities, capital, and lab equipment and services</li>\n <li>Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track supplier performance, contract compliance, and savings initiatives</li>\n <li>Support RFPs, RFQs, and supplier negotiations with data-driven insights and market research</li>\n <li>Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement strategies with budget goals and business priorities</li>\n <li>Monitor industry trends, emerging suppliers, and innovative procurement technologies to keep our sourcing competitive</li>\n <li>Coordinate and track progress of sourcing and procurement projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met</li>\n <li>Drive process improvements in procurement workflows, from requisition to payment, ensuring efficiency and compliance</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and project management skills including financial modeling</li>\n <li>Demonstrated strong work ethic, ownership mentality, and follow-through on commitments</li>\n <li>A knack for translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings clearly, and influence stakeholders.</li>\n <li>A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement</li>\n <li>High level of personal accountability and reliability in meeting deadlines and managing workload</li>\n <li>Comfortable asking questions and seeking direction or clarification when requirements are ambiguous</li>\n <li>Knowledge of sourcing best practices, contract management, and supplier evaluation</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree required in Business or related field. Master's Degree preferred</li>\n <li>2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related analytical role—preferably in indirect categories.</li>\n <li>Experience with Oracle ERP and/or other procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Travel:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Up to 5% travel</li>\n <li>Hybrid work schedule, a minimum of 4 days in office</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The annualized base salary range for this role is $66,000 to $99,500 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand..</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Agency and Third Party Recruiter Notice:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Agencies that submit a resume to Hologic must have a current executed Hologic Agency Agreement executed by a member of the Human Resource Department.
