    "description": "<h2>Min</h2>USD $48,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Max</h2>USD $48,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p>S:US Is seeking a <strong>Shift Supervisor </strong>for their women's shelter in Manhattan. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is located at <strong>New York, NY, 10030</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SCOPE OF ROLE:</strong></p>\n<p><strong></strong>The Shift Supervisor provides supervision and training to Residential Specialists and Community Coordinators.</p>\n<p>Supervision includes, but is not limited to, ongoing individual supervisory meetings; building inspections, ongoing feedback regarding job performance; coordinating work schedules, timesheets and requests for time off; coordinating work assignments; evaluating paperwork and documentation including the Security Log and Maintenance Work Order Log books; coordinating security and maintenance staff training, development and evaluation. May be required to fulfill duties of residential aides and/or custodial personnel in their absence.Responsible for maintaining fire safety </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>F-80 is required. </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Security license is mandatory but may be obtained within 6 months if hired.</strong></li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>2+ years of experience in Security or Building Maintenance is required. </li>\n <li>Ability to provide crisis intervention utilizing good interpersonal skills with a high level of maturity and responsibility </li>\n <li>Experience in office management and/or staff supervision is required. </li>\n <li>Experience working in a large residential/institutional setting with a special needs population is required. </li>\n <li>Strong writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>NYS Driver’s License preferred </li>\n <li>Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>S:US IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join a team of employees who care about the wellbeing of others.
