You will play a key role in delivering impactful infrastructure projects for clients including IDOT, Illinois Tollway, Chicago DOT, county DOTs, and local municipalities, with a strong pipeline and continued growth ahead.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast paced environment, can manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and mentor team members while sharing technical expertise across the group.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">If you are ready to make an impact, grow your leadership, and help shape the future of our structural practice, we want to hear from you.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll do:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and manage bridge and structural projects from planning through design and delivery&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform and review structural design calculations, plans, and specifications&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews of project deliverables&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with internal teams, subconsultants, and clients to advance project goals&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client outreach&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mentor and develop staff through technical guidance and project involvement</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>We&rsquo;re looking for:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from ABET Accredited university. Master&rsquo;s degree with a structural focus is preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">SE license required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">15+ years of combined experience in bridge and structural design and project management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget across multiple projects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience mentoring and developing staff</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in projects for clients such as IDOT, Illinois Tollway, Chicago DOT, County DOT&rsquo;s and local municipalities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of AASHTO, AREMA, IDOT and ISTHA design standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient in MicroStation.
