This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, supporting staff performance, and maintaining food and beverage standards.</span></p><p><span>Responsibilities</span></p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><span>Supervise daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet functions</span></li><li><span>Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally</span></li><li><span>Maintain food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and franchise specifications</span></li><li><span>Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards</span></li><li><span>Train and support team members to ensure quality service</span></li><li><span>Assist with scheduling, productivity, and cost control efforts</span></li><li><span>Communicate effectively with management and staff</span></li><li><span>Ensure all opening/closing and daily operational procedures are completed</span></li><li><span>Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>Qualifications</span></p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><span>1+ year of Food &amp; Beverage or restaurant experience required</span></li><li><span>Previous supervisory experience preferred</span></li><li><span>Hotel experience is a plus</span></li><li><span>ServSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred</span></li><li><span>Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills</span></li><li><span>Basic knowledge of food and beverage cost controls</span></li><li><span>Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus</span></li></ul>",
