As a Luxury Reservations Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests planning stays at Accor’s iconic hotels and resorts around the world.</p><p>As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their luxury travel journey from the very beginning. You’ll engage with guests through calls and inquiries in a genuine, unscripted way—listening attentively, responding with empathy, and personalizing each conversation to reflect your unique style.           "text": "<p><strong>What You Need to Be Successful: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Professional-level fluency in French and English is mandatory as you will be receiving and responding to call in both languages </strong></li><li>Excellent communication skills to engage <em>guests with the elegance and professionalism expected of a luxury experience</em></li><li>The confidence to make sound decisions and take initiative, while contributing to team success</li><li>Experience and/or education in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Customer Service, or Contact Centre, combined with a passion for helping others</li><li>Ability to seamlessly navigate multiple software systems while offering personalized, efficient service for your guests</li></ul><p><strong>Availability, Location, and Internet:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be currently legally able to <strong>work full time</strong> in Canada</li><li>This is a full-time, permanent career opportunity, we are <strong>not hiring for part-time or for temporary summer student positions</strong>.</li><li>Must be able to work from 5:30PM to 2:00AM or 6:30PM to 03:00AM (your choice), including weekends and holidays, with periodic weekends off</li><li>This is a remote (work from home) role</li><li><strong>You must reside in and be working from one of these provinces: NB, NS, PE or QC</strong></li><li>Must attend 4.5 weeks of onsite initial training in Moncton; travel and accommodation provided for qualified candidates</li><li>Must have a suitable workspace and a high-speed, direct internet connection (no wireless or satellite)</li></ul>",
