    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Kimley-Horn's Atlanta, Georgia (GA) office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 7+ years of experience to join their Bridge Structures team! This is an on-site position.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve in a technical role on bridge design projects</li>\n <li>Perform structural analysis, design, and planning on bridges and other transportation structures</li>\n <li>Develop full sets of structural drawings and technical specifications without guidance</li>\n <li>Projects could include bridge design, box culvert, and retaining wall design</li>\n <li>Train and mentor Engineers-In-Training (EITs) in structural engineering</li>\n <li>Perform structural design calculations, plan production activities, and prepare project document submittal packages, while maintaining a Quality Control program for the entire project</li>\n <li>Lead and provide support for construction phase efforts on building projects in structural engineering</li>\n <li>Support and participate in meetings and presentations with clients, contractors, and design team members</li>\n <li>Contribute to identifying project opportunities through networking with new and existing clients</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>4+ years of relevant engineering design experience</li>\n <li>Professional Engineering (P.E.) License (or ability to obtain within 12 months)</li>\n <li>Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup with some ability to produce drawings and details, when needed</li>\n <li>Knowledge and experience in structural analysis and design software, such as STAAD, RAM, E-Tabs, MathCAD, TEDDS, ADAPT PT, and other structural related design software</li>\n <li>Strong sense of urgency and self-discipline to meet client deadlines</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of projects concurrently</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills with a continuous mindset on personal and staff development</li>\n <li>Positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic    #LI-AT1</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why Kimley-Horn?</h2>\n<p>At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
