    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Job Summary- Designer/Space Planner will meet potential and existing clients to obtain their requirements and develop a space plan based on those requirements. They will prepare construction plans that are necessary for pricing, construction and permitting purposes. Candidate will support company with Class A Office and Hospitality design projects inclusive of artwork, signage and FFE specification.&nbsp;</p><p>Job Duties-</p><p>&bull; Meet with potential and existing clients to determine space plan requirements</p><p>&bull; Develop a space plan based on those requirements</p><p>&bull; Generate pricing drawings to forward to Interior Construction Department to prepare construction estimate</p><p>&bull; Prepare final set of drawings for construction and permitting purposes</p><p>&bull; Meet with clients to select finishes</p><p>&bull; Coordinate planning and construction process with all vendors</p><p>Job Qualifications-</p><p>&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Interior Design</p><p>&bull; 5+ years of experience in commercial interiors and tenant development</p><p>&bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>&bull; Demonstrated proficiency in Revit &amp; AutoCAD</p><p>&bull; Competency in application of commercial building and accessibility codes</p><p>&bull; Regular attendance in-person/onsite is an essential function of the job</p></div></div>\n",
