          "text": "<p><strong>RR Donnelley is adding a 2nd shift Creative Project Manager/Workflow Coordinator to their Columbus, OH team!</strong></p><p><strong>*This is a Hybrid role working 4 days in office, 1 day remote*</strong></p><p><strong>Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.</strong></p><p>The Project Manager will support a graphic design / creative team that creates captivating and innovative presentations for our banking client. In this role, you will coordinate and manage multiple creative projects with varying complexity across several channels, throughout the lifecycle from the initial meeting through the final disposition of the client's projects.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Act as primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal creative teams.</p></li><li><p>Manage projects, including scheduling, estimating, obtaining job detail information and job tracking.</p></li><li><p>Establish and promote excellent customer service through effective and proactive communications to inform clients and other stakeholders on project status.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assemble appropriate resources/departments required to successfully implement the client's projects.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Enter and track a high volume of data-related work components and updates to the client project tracking system</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Effectively manage multiple timelines and projects at various stages of a project life cycle</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Peer Proof creative to ensure the accuracy of specifications.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Lead day-to-day management and optimization of projects, entering specifications using job management software, and ensuring proper priority is given to each job to meet client expectations.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Demonstrate understanding in each area of Creative Services&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Attend and set relevant client meetings and project management status calls bringing in appropriate resources from Creative Services as needed.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain contact with clients and Creative team to set project milestones, create project estimates, track schedules, advise of job progress, scheduling concerns, and any requests for additional information or materials, when required.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain pre-set deadlines and produce innovative designs while understanding and adhering to clients’ budgets for individual projects.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Track and report on quality metrics and strategize with the client to develop customer loyalty.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Trains other employees as needed.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.</p></li></ul>",
