You bring a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity in data and reporting, while maintaining accountability, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through. You build trust and credibility across diverse stakeholders, collaborating effectively while balancing competing priorities and responding confidently in both routine and high-pressure situations.</p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Represents Massport in community forums, communicating operational plans and noise-related information with clarity and sensitivity.</li><li>Manages community and stakeholder inquiries, ensuring accurate, timely, and well-documented responses.</li><li>Analyzes and compiles operational and noise data, producing reports to support compliance, transparency, and decision-making.</li><li>Supports regulatory compliance and administrative functions through coordination with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.</li></ul><p><strong>What you offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.</li><li>3-5 years’ of professional office experience demonstrating strong writing ability, solid computer skills, and analytical capabilities required, preferably in an airport or aviation related setting.&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database concepts.
