          "text": "<p>Our&#xa0;Hosts&#xa0;are responsible for several functions including, but not limited to,&#xa0;greet&#xa0;all guests in a prompt and friendly manner,&#xa0;ring in takeout and&#xa0;execute curbside pickup&#xa0;orders, seat guests, and responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant. If you enjoy a fast-paced&#xa0;professional&#xa0;work environment, are flexible, and are looking to meet some great people along the way, this is the job for you.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Welcome and greet guests at the door in a prompt and friendly manner.</li><li>Answer&#xa0;text messages, receive and record reservations accurately in a pleasant and attentive manner.&#xa0;</li><li>Answer questions about food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services over the phone and in person.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of&#xa0;front desk area, restocking supplies and ensuring menus are organized.</li><li>Communicate with servers as to when next tables are going to be arriving.</li><li>Monitor and observe guests dining experience, ensuring guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.</li><li>Assist with settling bills and processing any credit, debit or cash transactions as required.</li><li>Thank guests for their visit as they exit the restaurant and invite them to return.</li><li>Be ready and willing to provide support as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the&#xa0;manager&#xa0;in charge.</li><li>Assist in arranging transportation for guests if required.</li><li>Execute ad-hoc tasks are required.</li></ul>",
