font-size: 15px; text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Summary Description</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Under the supervision of a Project Manager, Sr. Industrial Electrician or Industrial Supervisor, performs various tasks related to the layout and installation of various industrial electrical systems.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Essential Functions:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Provides 24-hour on-call, rotating shift, and assists other technicians during their scheduled on-call rotation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Works from construction drawings (i.e., electrical, mechanical, architectural, etc.) to install branch power, lighting and distribution systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Safeguards and maintains Company equipment, material, tools and vehicles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Collaborates with subcontractors and outside services to ensure Tri-M policies and procedures are followed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ensures and understands hazardous environments and ensure all protocol is followed and SDS.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Installs PLC, motor controls, cable and cable trays within classified areas.   </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Operates multi-meters, voltage meters, rotation meters and meggers on various projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Requisitions materials as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Job Requirements</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; text-decoration: underline\"><strong></strong></span>Skills/Educational Requirements: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">High school education or equivalency; post high school education desirable but not required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Completion of a state-approved apprenticeship program and the ability to obtain a Maryland and Delaware Electrical Journeyperson License.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ability to read, understand and effectively apply construction drawings, specifications and electrical schematics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Working knowledge within an industrial environment.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Good mechanical aptitude.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Proficient computer literacy including word processing, working with spreadsheets, processing emails and data entry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Knowledge of electrical trade and applicable building and electrical codes to include PLC, motor controls, cable, cable tray installations and classified areas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Knowledge of and ability to deal with other construction trades.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must be confident, decisive, self-motivated. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location/office.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must purchase company required personal tools (see attached list) and maintain in good condition.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ability and willingness to drive company vehicles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ability and willingness to travel regionally to jobsites as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Working 40 hours/week, scheduled in 8 to 10 hour shifts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Standing and climbing 4 to 6 hours/day.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Kneeling, lifting, reaching above shoulders, and bending 4 to 5 hours/day.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Twisting (180 ) and walking 2 to 3 hours/day.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Squatting and sitting 1 to 2 hours/day.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Lifting weights of 0 to 75 lbs. at the following frequencies:  continuous lifting of 10 to 35 lbs.; frequent lifting of 35 to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting of 50 to 75 lbs.; sizes &amp; shapes of objects vary from concrete blocks to cylinders to 10’ lengths of metallic conduit and 20' lengths of PVC conduit; average carry requirements, 60 lbs. for 40'.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ability to lift from floor to above shoulder.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Repetitive use of hands includes: continuous grasping up to 50 lbs.; frequent pushing and pulling of 50 to 75 lbs.; and fine motor coordination for receptacle installation and wire terminations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Repetitive use of feet is required for operating heavy equipment, conduit benders and vertical climbing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Vision adequate for blueprint reading and color coding for wire identification.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Balance adequate for continuous climbing of ladders, scaffolds, and lifts and for working from heights.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Environmental factors may include working in temperature extremes of 0 F to 100F up to 8 hours inside or outside and atmospheric exposure to dust, gases, fumes, and odors within the Permissible Exposure Limits (PEL).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Special hazards include exposure to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and potentially explosive hazards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Personal protective equipment includes use of hard hat, safety glasses, protected-toe boots, and appropriate gloves for the task.  Equipment on an \"as needed\" basis may include fall protection, dust mask, respirator, hearing protection, arc flash protective gear, and dielectrically insulated gloves and/or sleeves, etc.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;
