          "text": "<p><strong>JOB DETAILS</strong></p><p><strong>Base Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift</strong></p><p><strong>Shift 1st: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday - Friday</strong></p><p><strong>Shift 3rd: 6:00 pm to 6:00 am Monday - Friday</strong></p><p><strong>Shoe Voucher/Reimbursement</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits Start on Day One&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This job description is reflective of tasks that will be performed in a variety of departments.</p><ul><li>Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units</li><li>May support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows</li><li>Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers</li><li>Understand and carry out verbal instructions</li><li>Read and carry out simple written instructions</li><li>Read work orders, labels, and schedules</li><li>Use a tape measure (will be asked to read measurements during interview), inspect, examine, and observe for product defects</li><li>Make fraction and decimal conversions</li><li>Operate any equipment needed to perform a job</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li><li>Provide on-the-job training to new employees</li></ul>",
