font-weight: bold\">Sunday Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead and coordinate HCKids Elementary on Sunday mornings</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Cast vision and provide hands-on leadership to volunteer leaders and teaching teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure a welcoming, safe, and excellent experience for children and families, including first-time guests</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead the execution of the Elementary large group experience, including teaching, worship, and programming flow</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with staff and volunteers to ensure effective setup, execution, and teardown of Elementary spaces</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support broader Hill City Church Sunday needs as required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Lead: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Implement the HCKids vision within Elementary Ministry environments, ensuring alignment with overall Family Ministries direction</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead Elementary teaching, worship, and large group environments (1st–5th grade) in partnership with ministry leadership </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead the day-to-day execution of curriculum, systems, schedules, and ministry logistics within Elementary spaces</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide strategic input and recommendations regarding curriculum, structure, and programming improvements</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build, lead, and develop Elementary Leadership Teams</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Equip and coach volunteers using developmentally appropriate strategies that align with Hill City’s vision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead volunteer onboarding, training, and leadership development pipelines within Elementary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Establish and maintain clear, consistent communication rhythms with volunteers </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all safety policies and procedures are consistently implemented and upheld</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Partner:</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate closely with the HCKids Ministry Director and Family Ministries Team on vision, strategy, and execution</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in curriculum evaluation and contribute recommendations regarding shifts or changes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to budgeting, calendar planning, and long-term ministry strategy for Elementary</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with Family Ministries leadership to support and integrate Special Needs Ministry within Elementary environments</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Grow:</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead and develop the 4th–5th grade ministry experience (<span style=\"font-style: italic\">Next Up!</span>) with a focus on spiritual formation and leadership readiness</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Champion continuous improvement of the Elementary experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create and implement strategies to engage, equip, and partner with parents of elementary-aged children</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and scalability within Elementary Ministry and bring recommendations to leadership</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and managing teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prior experience in leading church ministry, preferably kids ministry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven track record of ministry leadership within the local church</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Self-motivated leader with the ability to cast vision and execute with excellence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Physically able to participate in activities alongside children and families</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
