Make a difference.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver comprehensive clinical services and therapeutic supports in community and residential settings.</li>\n <li>Develop, monitor, and evaluate functional behavior support plans to reduce challenging behaviors and build replacement skills.</li>\n <li>Provide coaching and training for staff and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.</li>\n <li>Conduct assessments on interests, preferences, skills, satisfaction, and quality of life.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with families, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams—including residential, clinical, and community-based providers.</li>\n <li>Participate in intake processes, Individual Support Plan (ISP) meetings, and ongoing care coordination.</li>\n <li>Provide crisis management training and professional development to staff using our foundation-approved curriculum.</li>\n <li>Maintain confidential clinical records and comply with all mandated reporting requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong> Applied behavior analysis, positive behavior support, functional behavior assessments, CBT/DBT techniques, data collection, staff training, and clinical supervision.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Master’s degree, preferably in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, mental health counseling, or a related field.  Requires BCBA or professional licensure (e.g., psychologist, LMHC, LICSW).  Dual credentials and/or professional training and experience in mental health, acquired brain injury, and/or positive behavior support (PBS) preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Supervised training and experience delivering comprehensive behavior analytic services and supports to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities within their natural environments, including conducting functional behavior assessments and designing/implementing/monitoring behavior support plans.  </p></li>\n <li><p>Experience implementing positive behavior support strategies and/or verbal behavior assessment and intervention preferred.</p></li>\n <li>Training and experience with clinical supervision, preferably in the delivery of behavior analytic services.</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license issued from the state of your residence and means of consistent transportation</li>\n <li>Ability to travel to various cities and towns as assigned</li>\n</ul>",
