Extend is building a modern document processing cloud. We're on a mission to transform how the world works with unstructured data. We're looking for a driven member of our GTM team to accelerate our top-of-funnel motion and fuel the next phase of our growth engine. Your job is simple — identify the right accounts, break through to the right people, and create qualified opportunities that convert into revenue. Why you should consider joining We've grown revenue 4x last year to several million ARR, with our growth continuing to accelerate. Our product is loved by users and is already deployed in mission-critical flows at enterprises (Square, Zillow, Chime) and startups (Brex, Mercury, Checkr). The market for document processing has expanded 1000x due to LLMs, and existing solutions are low NPS. We’re punching well above our weight with half the team size of comparable startups — every person at this stage has outsized impact. We've raised our Series A and de-risked the business, but the upside is still enormous; now’s the perfect time to join. Role & Impact Extend’s inbound demand is strong, but the opportunity ahead is much bigger — GTM will play a foundational role in our outbound engine. Your work will shape the volume and quality of our pipeline and directly impact millions in ARR. Generate new business pipeline by researching, prospecting, and outbounding into high-value technical accounts. Write highly tailored, personalized outreach that resonates with engineers, AI teams, and technical buyers Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine ICPs, craft messaging, and iterate on sequences that convert. Take extreme ownership of your funnel: build systems, identify inefficiencies, and leverage our GTM stack to prospect at speed. Maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene in our CRM; nothing slips through. Become an expert on our product, our customer pain points, and the fast-changing OCR/LLM ecosystem. Act as the frontline signal collector — bringing insights on messaging, objections, and market trends directly back to the founding team. Ideal Candidate Credentials 0–1+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced developer tools company or technical environment. Track record of top performance — consistently beating activity and pipeline creation benchmarks. Demonstrated strength in time management, prioritization, and operating with urgency. Experience prospecting into large technical enterprises and navigating complex org charts. Comfortable using GTM tools such as Unify, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems. Strong written communication skills — you know how to craft thoughtful, relevant outreach that actually gets responses. You have a founder mentality: no task is beneath you, and you thrive when the path isn’t perfectly defined.
