    "description_html": "<div class=\"job_description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>*This is a contingent opportunity</p><p style=\"text-align:center;\"><strong>Senior Specialized Security Management</strong></p><p>K2 Group is searching for a Senior Specialized Security Manager to support the Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RY) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.</p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Be a functional/ multidisciplined expert with skills encompassing collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)</li><li>May be appointed to serve as a Contract Special Security Representative, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and implementation of SCI and SAP security programs within a SCI Facility (SCIF) or SAP Facility (SAPF).</li><li>Maintain various daily logs for a variety of administrative functions associated with document control</li><li>Process inbound data and outbound data transfer files</li><li>Transfer electronic data files to internal customers</li><li>Maintain an extensive customer database point of contact listing</li><li>Research, process, file, and maintain inbound and outbound visit notices</li><li>Escort facility visitors and maintains associated logs</li><li>Prepare and manage facility access control badges</li><li>Conduct entry and exit inspections</li><li>Maintain facility access control entry systems, to include visitor control</li><li>Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections of subordinate government organizations</li><li>Develop and implement Top Secret Control for accountable material and associated correspondence</li><li>Prepare and/or process inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages and receipts</li><li>Prepare, process, and/or review Program Access Request (PARs) for accuracy and access eligibility</li><li>Maintain current customer personnel access data in the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) system.</li><li>Perform SAP indoctrinations and debriefings</li><li>Maintain a continuous SCI and/or SAP security education training and awareness program for all personnel with SCI or SAP access, ensuring ongoing compliance with information protection guidelines.</li><li>Administratively assist with the coordination of DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>&#183; Five (5) years of recent experience performing work similar to the described duties.</p><p><strong>Certifications:</strong></p><p>&#183; SP&#275;D Security Fundamental Professional Certification (SFPC) &#8211; required to start</p><p>&#183; SP&#275;D Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (SAPPC) &#8211; required within 6 months of entry on duty</p><p><strong>Clearance:</strong></p><p>&#183; Active Top Secret/SCI</p><p>&#183; Must be eligible for SAP</p><p>&#183; Must be willing to submit to polygraphs</p><p></p><p>Benefits: K2 Group&#8217;s benefit offerings include: Medical/ Dental/ Vision Insurance; FSA Medical &amp; FSA Dependent Care; Pre-tax 401(k) &amp; ROTH 401(k) plans; Profit Sharing Plan; Life &amp; Accidental Death Insurance; Short Term/ Long Term Disability; Voluntary Group Life Insurance option; Tuition Reimbursement; Job-related Course Reimbursement; Holiday Pay; and Paid Time-Off</p>",
